The train seems to be stopped for some reason. Perhaps it has something to do with why the woman is screaming. The woman's visage is not unlike that in Edvard Munch's famous print, The Scream.

Here the train is moving. Westward bound in the early dawn suggests the train is somewhere in northwestern Indiana.
